Founded in 2012, Renascent Consultants is an Architecture, Engineering, Interior & Landscape Design firm based out of New Delhi. We have stood by our aim to do extraordinary work, and are committed to take this legacy forward in future. Our focus and commitment is to provide designs, which are site sensitive and emphasize on being in harmony with nature. We ensure designs provide vibrant and warm spaces, which are socially responsive where people thrive and activities flourish. Our collaboration with the client is much deeper to develop the project brief and carries forward till the execution of the project. We are constantly questioning our belief and strive to make our buildings serve the users beyond their expectations. Led by a core team of experienced Architects & Engineers, the firm follows a rigorous design process to achieve their goals. The firm expertise is in various verticals ranging from Healthcare, Medical Education & Healthcare Planning – Technical Consultancy, University Educational Campuses & Institutes, Industrial Buildings & Complexes, Residential Townships/ Housing & Residences and Hospitality & Commercial Architecture. We, as members of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), are also putting in conscious efforts to contribute towards sustainable design and development. Our mantra has always been that ‘free advice has no value’ and there is no value without the right attitude, approach, thinking and ethics. These very principles have guided us throughout our professional journey. The business end is always taken care of if adherence to principles is not compromised. Accordingly, to be honest, our USP is that our fee is a small fraction of the savings we ensure for our clients rather than coming out from their pockets.
