We started in Delhi with one simple idea. A building should work first and look good next. Since then, we have built hospitals in Uttarakhand, medical colleges in Rajasthan, campuses across North India and offices in Delhi NCR. Clients come back for more than the design. They come back because the work holds up, the dates are met, and the building runs well from day one. That is what architecture and engineering under one roof means to us.

Renascent Consultants is an architecture, engineering, town planning and interior design firm based in New Delhi. Our work began in 1996. The firm took the name Renascent Consultants in 2012. Our belief has not changed: a building should solve problems first and look good second.
We do architecture, engineering, interiors, master planning and landscape in one team. So what we draw is what gets built, with fewer gaps on site.

We design buildings that work first and inspire next. Each project starts with one question: what does this building need to do every day? A hospital corridor and a college atrium have very different jobs. Our designs are made for each job.
As IGBC members, we plan for green, low-energy buildings. Each one should save energy and still look great.

Layout, form and services are planned together. So structure and MEP shape the design, not fight it later.
Drawings & Approvals
We make all drawings and approval papers in-house. This keeps approvals on time and free of surprises.
Site Supervision
Our team visits the site often. So the final building works the way it was drawn.
Healthcare Architecture
Healthcare is our main strength. We have designed multispecialty hospitals, 500-bed teaching hospitals, diagnostic centres and day-care units. Our layouts follow how doctors and nurses really work, not how plans are usually drawn.
