We started in Delhi with one simple idea — buildings should work before they impress. Thirty years later, that thinking has shaped hospitals in Uttarakhand, medical college campuses in Rajasthan, university townships across North India and corporate facilities in Delhi NCR. What kept clients coming back was not the design alone. It was that the engineering worked, the timelines held, and the building performed the way it was supposed to on day one. That is what integrated architecture and engineering actually means in practice.

Renascent Consultants is an architecture, engineering, town planning and interior design firm headquartered in New Delhi, India. The practice traces back to 1996, when its founding thinking first took shape, and was formally incorporated as Renascent Consultants in 2012. Across both chapters, the belief has stayed the same — architecture should solve problems first and look good second.
Over 30 years, that thinking has shaped hospitals across Uttarakhand, university campuses in Rajasthan and corporate facilities throughout Delhi NCR. The firm handles architecture, engineering, interiors, master planning and landscape together, which means fewer gaps between what gets designed and what actually gets built.
